Build Skill

Skills are obtained when the Char Player has reached a certain level. Skills are used against monsters or other players. Every time Char level up, Player will get Skill Point (SP) which is useful for unlocking and raising Skill level. Skill Points cannot be returned unless using Skill Initialization (Reset Skill). Therefore, think about it before using it for a skill.
